SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you access our site, we notify you on each page of our site via our page banner that we use services to help us with marketing and analytics that may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies.  By using our site, we imply that you consent to this use.  In Section 1, we have links to the privacy policies of the services we use that help us with marketing and analytics.  By using our site, you give consent to the use of cookies on our site and the privacy policies of these service providers.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
 

How do I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

 

SECTION 4 - SQUARESPACE AND STRIPE

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk­based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place to help Us protect your data. However, no company, including Squarespace, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of personal information through online transactions, and you do so at your own risk.”

Payment:  

If you purchase with us, we use Stripe to collect payments.  Information you enter on our website for payment is processed and stored according to Stripe’s policies.

“Although no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect all Personal Information. Stripe maintains strict administrative, technical, and physical procedures to protect information stored in our servers, which are located in the United States. We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to safeguard the account registration process and sign-up information. Other security safeguards include but are not limited to data encryption, firewalls, and physical access controls to building and files.”

 

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways, and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

 

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information on our website, this is handled through Stripe.  See section 4.

 

COOKIES

Please see section 2 for details on cookies that pertain to the services we use for marketing and some analytics.

Here is a list of cookies that Squarespace, our webplatform, uses. We’ve listed them here so you can choose if you want to opt-out of these cookies or not.

JSESSIONID- This is a Session-specific cookie for identification.

Crumb- This cookie is used to prevent cross-site request forgery.

Secureauthtoken- This is the main token dropped on SSL to identify the unique ID of the member account.

Securedirect- This cookie is dropped on non-SSL connection for the purpose of redirecting to SSL.

SS_MID- This cookie identifies a unique visitor. No visitor information is stored except a unique ID dropped on visitors to the site.

ss_cid- This is cookie is used to identify a unique user for Squarespace Metrics. The value assigned is a random GUID, and no personally identifying information is associated with this cookie. It’s purpose is to determine uniqueness of the user (unique visitor). This cookie expires after 2 years.

ss_cvisit - This cookie is used to identify a user’s session (visit). The value assigned is the timestamp of the initial page view for a session. This does not collect personally identifying information. This cookie expires after 30 minutes.

_utma, _utmb, _utmc, _utmz (Google Analytics)- We use this cookie to track traffic in aggregate on Squarespace marketing sites such as www.squarespace.com. Customers use to get stats on visitors. No personally identifying information and only anonymous tracking to determine unique visitors.

PRUM_EPISODES (Pingdom)- This Cookie is for tracking performance (page load time, etc). Same bucket as Google Analytics with regard to anonymous monitoring.

 

SECTION 7 - AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.  This site was not created for children.  By using this site, you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age or have the consent of an adult to use this site.  We have no reason to think this site would ever be used or accessed by children, and we do not intentionally collect information from children.  If you think this may have happened, please contact us directly so that we can delete all pertaining information as quickly as possible (email at service@neverreadyformonday.com).

 

SECTION 8 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
